Ingredients
  

  • 1 400g Lamb's Liver
  • 2 400g Passata
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Handful Fresh Basil

Method
 

  1. Fry off the lamb's liver
  2. Add the garlic and a little salt and pepper
  3. Throw in the passata and let it all reduce
  4. Add fresh basil
